Content dump -- Skin request and make-up

first up is a requested skinblend by the same person who requested the pixie breeze and pixie game edits.
here's a nice shot of the face, model is not wearing any make-up:

All I did was change the nose/lips/eyes and darken the scales around the eyes a bit, so they'd be more defined. The original looked like THIS and mine looks like THIS.

I unfortunately do not know the name of the other talented creator who made this awesome skin, as the site was in a foreign language I did not understand. If you do know where this skin came from, let me know so I can give proper credit, please.

The original skin was made by leechjar on dreamwidth. Other credit goes to ephemera and jirka.

next, I have all this:



A set of lashes, a set of lips, and a teethmask using the teeth I use on all of my skins. These (small) edits were all done for personal use, and I've had them for a while.

These are top-only alpha edits of my favorite lashes. The set includes re-alphas of bruno, anva, and ephemera eyelashes. There is a pretty decent variety among the set, with some lashes small enough for men and some big enough for divas. The teethmask is included in this set.

Next, the lips:



These lips are taken right from a joedy_76 skin blend. I just recolored them a little, and I used pooklet's alpha. The shades are mostly very natural looking, because I wanted a really subtle set that looked good on all shades of skin, and also worked well for males:

I also included an alien green shade, a light pink, a hot pink, and a classic red. Here are the swatches:



Please please please feel free to make recolors of these. I'd love to see them, I would have made more fun lipsticky colors but I did want the set to get too big.

I'm always on the look out for lashes that I can use on males. I have a set by helaeneI(I think that's the right name) but otherwise all the others make my males look...girlie!:P

I've always had the same problem, the one in this set that I use on almost all of my males is one of the anva lashes, it's really subtle and looks like real man lashes. They're even a dark brown, rather than black, so they don't look all mascara-y

I hope you're satisfied with them! I've deleted almost all my other eyelashes seince I made these, so I feel pretty confident that there's something for everyone in the set.

These are the very first things going into my completely vanilla, newly reinstalled game, because they are just that awesome. I hate eyeliner with bottom lashes, they always seem to look dreadful on all of my sims. But yes, these are lovely and delicious as is all of your other work and I shall be snagging them expediently.

Thank you for sharing these goodies! For some reason, it's never occurred to me to edit eyeliners to remove the lower lashes (even though I'd prefer many of them to be that way), so this is sheer genius!

I was pretty surprised when I thought of doing it myself, I just realized that most lashes with lashes on the bottom dragged my sims eyes down and weren't really flattering to the sim. I'm glad you liked the idea!

I believe that the skin you used was my very first skin blend from way back when that was non-defaulted by someone. The defaults are on GoS and the creator name is 0evangeline0, which should not be absent as I am now leechjar.

I'm not entirely sure but I'll be darned if it isn't the same tone and texture. I remember how proud I was...Now I think it's sub-par and I'm glad you updated it to fit more with the times.
