I'm not sure if this has been done already... I've been so out of the loop with the sims community I probably missed it if it has. I made a small edit of this Amaryll dress that I've been wanting to do since I first downloaded it. I added a knitted texture (extracted from the sims 3 by Trapping, I believe), made a version with stockings, and did 4 recolors. The mesh is the original by Amaryll and it is included. I just messed around to make these colors, but I'd still like to give credit to CuriousB for the awesome color actions that I usually use.
Each color comes with and without stockings.

I have been looking ways to use the great patterns at a-pattern-a-day, so I put them on the bottoms of these cute pajamas by Plumeria. I usually have trouble working with patterns that are mostly white, but I think I figured out a good technique now. I'm pretty sure I just did the colors for the tops myself, but I may have used one of the cloth actions by Alfred Askew because I downloaded them recently. No mesh needed, this is the nude AF body mesh and the feet are bare.

I really wanted to make something for men, because the amount of CC for males is just tiny compared to what we have for females. I actually made these before I made the female pajamas above, but I had so much fun with the patterns from a-pattern-a-day I wanted to keep making retextures.
These boxers are originally by nilou, but I can't seem to find them! I looked through both of their livejournals, their tumblr, and their posts on GOS but maybe the download got lost while GOS was down? If anyone knows where they are, let me know and I will add a link. The mesh is maxis; the feet are bare. The texture on the tops is totally by nilou, I just did recolors. The boxers were originally plain white and I added the patterns to them. I don't think I used any actions to make the colors, but if I did they were probably CuriousB's (linked in the first download).

Date: April 21st, 2014 11:25 am (UTC)You mean the direct download links? I use dropbox to host my files, so I just googled how to do dropbox direct links. You can probably do a search for whatever site you host your downloads on.
The trick, at least with dropbox, is really just to change the "www." part of the address to "dl."
so, the link will look something like this:
https : // dl . [sitename] . com / [your files]
rather than
https : // www . [sitename] . com / [your files]
without any spaces, of course.
